"Issues: 1. Check in times are set. Nobody at the facility before check in time. I got lucky and the owner popped by early. The door was locked. I was exhausted. He let me in and gave me a room even though I was early. So grateful.; 2. It’s not that close to the airport by transit. 35 minutes and only accessible by bus. "They did not have our check in confirmation. I repeatedly tried to explain that we confirmed weeks ago she did not bother to look and tried to send us to another hotel. We called a cab who looked at our confirmation and address and went inside to talk to the lady to tell her that we were at the right hotel.
