It's a nice renovated old italian house/farm, the staff is awesomely kind and hospitable, it's on top of a hill in a little village with a view of Trasimeno lake and hilly valley on the other side! You have to leave your room key (an actual key) at the front desk when you leave the property and the only door is locked midnight to 8am, under no circumstances can you enter during this period.
