"Its a decent hotel although it is small as in most hotels in japan. Check in was smooth but the reception was clueless when asked about benefits as Gold member. Upon check out the staff insisted i return the room card key or chargeable if i dont. They should just inform guests upon check in to ensure room card key needs to be returns. The girl at the reception was unfriendly and unhelpful when told her the other card was misplaced by my husband. She insisted i pay but then immediately said next...

"The bath was really clean and nice. They have washer and dryer (2 of them for the whole hotel) but better than none. I’d like towel service in the bath area so you don’t have to bring your towels from your room since I forgot to bring them multiple times during my stay. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again."

"Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi - Guchi1 is our go to hotel in Fukuoka. It conveniently located next to Hakata Station where you’ll find everything. Buffet breakfast is good and there is unlimited coffee. Rooms are small but not tiny. I was however surprised when we were checking out and the front desk reception told me we could leave our bags which was unusual. Days before a lot of people had left their bags and we were expecting to do the same. I had to insist with the front desk reception...
