"The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"
