"We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. "Staff were very professional and polite. Meals/snacks available for guests 3 times a day was very much appreciated. Room was very clean, bed was very comfy. The only downside - room was not sound proof and the bathroom door is quite see-through. Overall still a great experience."

"Service is excellent- staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities."

"The whole place was very quiet, the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well as the rest of the property. The included breakfast is local food, mostly vegetarian. We like this but if you have to have cereal or other western food this isn't the place for you. Parking is easy too, something that is not common in Taiwan, especially in resort areas."
