"We were traveling to Listowell during the holidays. It was our first time in this area. We picked this place without knowing much about it. Its not fancy by any stretch, but its clean, its easy to park and drop your stuff, you’re 5 minutes drive away from a bunch of restaurants. Its perfect if you’re in the area."

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. "This bed and breakfast has a great location to downtown shopping and dining. It is also possible to walk to all of Stratford Festival theaters. It is run by a family and they are very gracious and attentive. We did not do the breakfast option they offered, since there are many restaurants within walking distance. They do offer coffee and tea at no cost, which was nice. "

"The property is equidistant from the Festival and Avon theatres - less than 10 min walk in each direction. The hosts were quite accommodating of food allergies or aversions for breakfast. I will likely be going back. "
