"The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely return. Parking heads up: There is parking for 2 cars (garage and small driveway), but they need to be small or medium-sized cars. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "

"The property is in a questionable area. Kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke. We could hear everything from the downstairs tenants. This rental is NOT worth the price!! I tried to communicate my concerns to the owner who completely ignored (or didn't read) my emails."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. I was travelling from one city to another. The day I was supposed to check in, the host contacted me and cancelled the booking (stating that they never knew about the booking). I made the booking 3 months in advance and it got cancelled a few hours before my check in. I had to contact customer service 3 times each call lasting 1 hour and I still haven’t received my money back"

"The Stench of bad plumbing?!, cigarettes, bile will leave you sleepless in Kitchener. The Host knows about this lingering, vile odour, as she has plugged in air fresheners throughout the rental. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the putrid scent. Had to open all the windows and have noisy bathroom fans running to be able to breathe. Bought my own air fresheners the next day to be able to have a place to sleep for my trip. Plumbing in bathrooms does not work, which adds to the horror of...

"We had a beautiful stay in Stratford. This property is in the perfect location. It is a very close walk to all theaters, the river and gardens, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and breakfast was fantastic!! We cannot wait to visit Stratford again and will definitely stay here again."
