"At any business it is the employees who make it successful. When they are happy to come to work obviously enjoy what they are doing everyone around can feel it. This Marriott was just this. Incredible team willing to go beyond expectations. I was asked to move rooms for a guest who always has the same room every year and was happy to help. The team lead by Monica moved everything in my room while I was at a business commitment and they were respectful with my belongings even moving my leftover...
