"A nice hotel, about 25 min walk (or bus ride) from the city centre. Rooms were comfortable, the double bed was quite small but fine for one person. Breakfast was good value with a range of hot and cold options. Parking was available (for an extra fee) but it was a good base for a weekend away."

The staff are great and helpful and we always enjoy staying, the gym/pool experience was a little disappointing with no towels because the attendant had to stay to monitor children. We had to then go get room towels and didn’t feel like great service, the last time we stayed there were also problems with the pool. also the room temperature was freezing and not changeable."

"Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv. "
