"We had a very comfortable stay here, with a clean and spacious room. The saunas are great along with a nice relaxation area. We dined in the hotel as the weather was bad outside with snow and ice. "Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

"We checked in at 9 pm no one at the desk. 2 singles was a queen bed with 2 duvets for my son and I both over 6 foot. Took turns sleeping on the floor after asking for extra duvets which never arrived nor was the room serviced . Not better than a campsite . Be warned"
