"Parking is only available at back of Hotel which is not accessible before 10am and after 10pm on Sunday nights. It is a fair distance to walk around the back of hotel to car if downstairs is closed to back car park. Bad weather would also be challenging in this instance. Also two flights of stairs to rooms might be challenging to people with mobility issues. Loud music till around midnight downstairs on Friday and Saturday nights can clearly be heard upstairs in Room 11. "

"Very comfy bed, though unfortunately the “lake views” included views of the skip bins and the burnt out house next door. Old bird poo not cleaned up on the balcony."

"Great location, easy check in when we arrived quite late, we only had 3 towels when our booking was for 4 adults but easily fixed next morning so no real drama ! Was all we needed for 2 nights stay, many thanks. Lake Macquarie is a real gem ! "

"What a great place to stay. Pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern this place is. Fresh towels and turn down service every day. ways to park the car in the car park. Separate entry to the hotel from the bar/restaurant so it feels safe. Even the TV is a smart TV. Will be coming back! "

"Great room service, nice breakfast and great coffee. Bed was super firm (not a fan), room had a blinking fire alarm in it and lack or shower screen drenched our bathroom. Staff were really nice and helpful. Overall, good place to stay right next to the airport. "
