"Great stay overall. Parking right in front of the door, shopping (antiques) on the same street, nice view of the valley from our room. Fantastic food for both dinner and breakfast, convenient coffee, tea, water and ice down the hall, great friendly staff. I would give 5 stars except: the room was quite cold temperature wise, high ceilings so the heat rose to the top and floor was freezing (January). Window leaked cold air and should be better insulated."

"Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. "I absolutely love this place! So cute, comfy, quiet, and VERY clean. We brought our own groceries, coffee and spices to cook. So affordable that way. We cooked every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even left over containers to use for the next day. We walked to the grocery store and around the neighborhood. "The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."
