"We came to Cottonwood to fo the Verde Valley Train. The property was lovely, relaxing, and peaceful. Outdoor spaces were amazing, house was very nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful visit to your area"

"Very cute & clean. We enjoyed it very much! The only downside was the parking for us as we have a 2500 Ram truck… tight spot & tough to get luggage out once in designated space. (other truck in driveway to maneuver around.) Side parking on the rocks did not look safe as we would’ve been hanging over the edge to the street. ( winding road) Although the stairs going down were a little steep, it was well lit. We would def book again & have recommended to others. Thanks y’all."

"We stayed 2 nights at this quaint little yellow house. The neighborhood is quiet and full of beautiful historical homes. It is within walking distance to old downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook an evening meal and breakfast. The host provided snacks and bottled water. The host provided quick responses to all communication and the check-out instructions were simple. "
