"Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. "The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."
