"The little coffee pot was missing from the coffee maker but they provided coffee cups that served the same purpose. I was put on hold at the front desk and then the call was dropped, so I told the staff about the missing coffee pot."

"Top ends of interior drape and exterior black out curtain are both unhinged. I will say something prior to leaving, perhaps it was being fixed and someone forgot to finish it. You woukd need a ladder to fix it."

"stay was good and quite and the room was clean, however the breakfast was dissapointing as they were out of juice, water, pancakes and bread.. Never had such dissapointing experience prior to this.."

"Customer service was great! Great variety for snacks and drinks in the lobby. You must try the rooftop bar and kitchen on the seventh floor! Food was delicious. Bartender and server were super nice! They went above and beyond for my spouse and I but mostly me. LoL. We went semi late and there weren't many people. So, they let me listen to the music a little louder than normal, so I could sing along and enjoy the early 2000s r&b/hip-hop station. They enjoyed the music and my jokes with me....
