"This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. "What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!"

"Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! "

I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "Was looking for a close but rural, "far from the noise" place to get away for the weekend. Happened upon this studio apartment by chance, and will definitely book again soon. Thorough driving instructions, clean and cozy, warm, quiet. Appreciated the coffees. The pond behind the house is a nice touch. The porch table will come in handy for warmer, dryer nights. "I would like to leave an honest review of this property. This is a lovely house in a secluded dead end street, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall the house was clean except a few corners in the living room and kitchen that had some dead bugs and a bit of dirt/dust.
