"We stayed at Domus in connection with a conference. It's about 2km away from Assisi proper, a short bus ride or long walk to that amazing city. Domus offers more space at a reasonable price. There's a restaurant downstairs and a snack bar & gift shop in the spacious lobby, lots of tables and comfortable seating for groups."

"The owners (who owned a restaurant) offer an option for dinner, and their homemade food was delicious. The hosts go out of their way to make you comfortable and were warm and welcoming. We stayed in their newly renovated guesthouse with our own courtyard and it was lovely."

"It’s a lovely little place centrally located, very quiet, great service. The rooms are clean and well maintained if a little on the dated side. Bathrooms are modern but very small: shower was miniscule (I could barely bend over to wash my feet without knocking the door open, and I only weigh 140 lbs). The breakfast is terrific and it’s really nice to be centrally located. A great value overall but I’d say the hotel rating should be 3 stars, not 4."

"The women at the reception was nice the man not so much. Looked like we inconvenienced him in the middle of the day Then stopped me to tell me about a pet charge that was nowhere mentioned Hotel is old - not updated. Clean room. Good breakfast. Area around nothing to do - def need car "

"Very friendly and helpful staff! Even with limited English spoken, they managed to help and make our stay welcoming and comfortable. A worthy mention is the epic breakfast spread given every morning, really makes you feel great first thing in the morning! Definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay!"
