Food good however long wait for breakfast service and didnt seem equipped to manage the tables they have due to only 2 staff working and multi tasking at reception. Coffee undrinkable though! Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly. Not enough sockets in the room with 2 broken meaning things had...

"I always like staying at the Hatfield. Its been 15 years ive been staying and i just think its a lovely cheerful place to stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. Well done to all keeping the Hatfield charming and warm."

"My second stay at The Revado. An excellent, value for money hotel, which is clean, comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. Hotel is in an excellent location for both Carrow Road and evenings out in Norwich city centre. Would not have any problems booking further stays here in the future and would throughly recommend The Revado."

"The location of this hotel is hard to beat. The staff on rexeption were extremely welcoming. The hotel is decorated with a touch of luxury. The bed in the Bridge Suite was huge! Nice balncony over looking the river. Restaurant is lovely although a little pricey. Breakfast was great and the view feom the restaurant is beautiful. Would definitely return. "
