"Really spacious hotel room with new facilities. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was great albeit a bit small and there were large and quality towels provided. All the staff from the receptionists to the housekeepers and breakfast staff were lovely. Standard Italian breakfast was good but no variety day to day except for the cakes. Excellent location as well, walking distance to everything including bus stops. Good soundproofing so it wasn't too loud despite being in a busy alley....

"The location was perfect! It was a 3 minute walk from the Rialto stop from the water taxi. It is a bit a of a longer walk to the train station but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. I would stay here again!"
