"One night, the shower curtain pole was falling out of the wall, a screw was loose in the door lock, preventing it from being well locked and the tub had a lousy patch job. The staff was nice and took notes to get it repaired. On the return night, another room was fine. No problems."

"Great service from Courtney at the front desk; we were hoping for a 2 bedroom suite, and she went out of her way to accommodate us by getting us a room that had been out of service for deep cleaning. She went out of her way to give us the option, and had the room checked to make sure it was good to go. Thank you!"

"Classic old charm....and I mean lots and loads of charm. Decent free breakfast and on site dinning. In center of village so walking about is a must. We visited to view the stars at Cherry Springs which is 45 minutes away. The rooms are small compared to most hotels and our bed was a bit soft for me but just right for my partner. I will gladly take a smaller room just to stay at this hotel. The staff is soo friendly and helpful for directions and recommendations. Place gets a 10 ."
