"Loved the location and property itself. Close enough to things to do yet far enough away. Cozy cabin with plenty of amenities. My only recommendation would be to get a new roku remote (two buttons were extremely hard to work) and clean the grill, it did not work for us - there was propane but the lines needed cleaned. Neither of those bothered us during the stay though and we plan to return. ❤️"

"Quiet neighborhood close to walking downtown. House was clean inside but was a bit dated with electrical and shag carpets. Furniture was clean. Laundry a plus. Would recommend."

"We took a nice scenic drive up to the lodge. We fell in love as soon as we drove up the driveway. The deer and squirrels were eating and the sun was setting over the mountains. Once inside we noticed right away that this place is well taken care of. Lots of detail with the decor and very clean. We enjoyed the PA Grand Canyon and Wellsboro. "

"Overall, the cabin is what we expected. The interior was very clean and had more than we needed. What we didn't expect we the rear deck being full of leaves and the outdoor furniture there was mossy - obviously not used by earlier guests. the HVAC system was very noisy. Finally, and most annoying is that the water was very sulfery smelling. During and after the showers the cabin reeked of sulfer. One more thing. The price listed in Trivago or Expedia, for example, almost doubles once...

"This place was perfect for a quick trip to the finger lakes. Central to some great hikes nearby. The downtown was within walking distance. And Don was quick on the draw with any questions we had. The space itself was comfortable and very clean. The beds were super comfy. I will for sure book again when we come back. "

"We all thought the rental property was great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and around the fire pit. The only major problem we encountered was the lack of kitchen supplies (utensils and ovenware). Also there was only a Keurig and not a regular coffeepot. We had to go out and buy one."

"The house was probably the cleanest we have stayed in, which is something I greatly appreciate. Loved the covered back porch, and the views front and back. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Appreciated the fluffy, absorbent, towels, and that there were extras had we needed them. The water smells bad (sulfur?) but there is filtered water via the refrigerator door, and also a filtered pitcher inside the refrigerator. The filtered water did not smell and it tasted fine.
