"We didn’t get to even check in because there was no room available and they said they didn’t have a partnership with expedia. We were on an island with no ability to leave and literally everything was booked for New Year’s Eve when we got there. It was a mess. We had to take horse taxis all over until we finally found a place with availability and missed our whole day there. "

"Excellent hotel on this little island. Quiet location which was ideal for us. The staff are amazing wanting to do all they can to make sure your stay is perfect. The food is great we ate at the hotel every night and had fabulous food. We stayed in a garden view bungalow which was very close to the main building and beach, literally steps away. Great location to visit the turtle sanctuary and if you like to snorkel you can hire masks at the hotel and see them in the sea."

Firstly, the location on the island is perfect for those who want to be away from the main harbour (where it is a lot busier and louder), while still having quick and easy access to any area of the island with the bicycles that the hotel allow you to rent! "The property itself was in a great location in regards to things around the island and the harbor but it was noisy being right next to the restaurant at the hotel. I asked if their construction would continue the next few days and they said no just today, but every day when we tried to nap we’d hear the hammers . I even ask if I could pay for an upgrade to escape the noise but never got back to me. In the evening it was loud until 10p because people were drinking and eating at the restaurant. At...
