"The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. From a spacious lobby with lit water features immaculately clean, to greetings from smiling staff. It's right on the beach front, with true infinity pools, that lead your eye right out to the sea. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles. The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool. We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night. The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space. There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day. Beach towels are provided. The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators. There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach. The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar. The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets. One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket"

"This property is lovely, nice big rooms, the outdoor bathrooms were fun. The hotel has a very large pool, and three smaller ones, a spa, bike rental at a reasonable price. All the staff were really friendly, always said hello or good morning/ afternoon when passing, the hotel is opposite the beach which has great sunset views. We ended up extended our stay 2 extra nights due to the boats not running due to the weather and the staff helped us arrange an extension easily. Lots of good food options nearby and outdoor cinema slightly further up on the beach, really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. The house cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful and Riski was always checking in to see how our stay was."

"Great place to stay. Staff is friendly, a lot of services included. Room and common areas are nice and clean. There is only one note: WiFi is not great so if you plan to take calls or do some work don’t rely on WiFi too much. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceano. The island has no dogs but an abundance of cats, the resort had feeding stations for the cats all around and we had a friendly cat who would visit when we were sitting outside. Staff were always friendly, the room we stayed in was just like the photos and in great condition. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet family style place to stay. "
