"This was a very clean hotel. It was quiet, safe and in a nice area with a lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I’m very happy I rented a room there"

"Beautiful property. Great staff, very nice rooms and will return. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the food in the restaurant. For the upscale price and atmosphere the food wasn’t that good. I got a “smash burger” for $23 and it wasn’t fresh. Tasted previously frozen. Also they could find a way to serve better coffee. (Not that good) had to go to the hotel next door for Starbucks. Will stay again but will eat elsewhere. "

"The Davis House is a fine place to stay, it is comfortable,clean,and safe. The owner Kyle provides everything you need. the wraparound rooms provide nice privacy and its close to the river and many dinning options and lots of free self parking close to rooms. Its owr second stay and we plan to stay again. Chris and Jenna K."

"Good and clean but a little dated. Only negative was couch very uncomfortable due to age and needs replacing. Other than that would recommend it and eould stay there again."

"Property is located right on the beach which makes it very convenient to spend as much time on the beach as you like. You can take a break and come back very easily. The property provides beach towels and chairs. The private pool is also a plus. The breakfasts are amazing and prepared fresh for each guest. The staff are very hospitable and made sure any need we had was met. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. We would definitely stay there again."

It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. "When arrived could barely find it, construction and junk, the cottages looked nice the so called hot tubs were not appealing to human usage. No one on site. Talked eventually to owner who said the reservation I had through Expedia did not exist and that he does not deal with Expedia, even though I had confirmation numbers, he did off to back me up with media, not sure who the bad guy was here, and did not see inside of cottages but the so called riverfront view was very unappealing because of...
