I booked Anthony’s on the beach on a whim! My partner is participating in a marathon tomorrow and we drove up from south Florida so needed a place to stay. It’s my first time in cocoa beach and I love it! I will most certainly come back and stay here for a mini staycation!

Very cute small motel! No frills but clean and comfy! Walkable restaurants and right on the beach. They even have chairs to use. Very convenient for stay before cruise!

The accommodations were acceptable – perhaps what I would consider an 8 by Expedia standards; certainly not an 8.8. I would consider staying there again - except for the bad check-in experience we had. We arrived at noon just to see if we could check in before the stated 3 pm check-in time. The owner was working on the outside of the hotel but he was unable to permit the early check-in. Okay; no big deal - we expected that. He said the check-in instructions for keyless entry would be communicated to us at about 1 pm. He was kind enough to let us park in the motel lot if we wished to spend time on the beach. We instead opted to leave and come back for 3 pm. We arrived 10 minutes before 3 pm (but still had not received check-in instructions). The owner was still working outside the motel and saw us sitting in our nearby parked car. He merely looked at his watch and went right back to work. Rude! I know he recognized us. I waited until 3:05 pm and approached him; I still hadn’t received my check-in instructions. However, I had to wait to speak to the owner as another guest was giving him grief over the check-in process and not being permitted to check in a little early. I eventually received my check-in instructions. We are just two typically-polite Canadian seniors who didn’t even complain about the check-in snafu but the owner would barely acknowledge us during our 3-day stay. Others also found the owner to be distant. I give a 7.5.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. The things that I liked were the location to the beach , it had a refrigerator and a microwave. The one thing that I would change is that there should be railing going up the stairs to the deck. My husband walks with a cane it would be helpful.

This property is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to stay close to the beach!!! The property manager, Leon went above and beyond what anyone might expect to accommodate any need or request we made! He was kind and generous! The housekeeper, Lori was very sweet and available to us! An amazing experience to stay there! We will go back for sure!!!

This was such a cute CLEAN PLACE right on the beach!! Contactless check in & the nicest staff ever!!! The only regret I have is we only checked it for one night got there late had to leave early. I would definitely want to take a few days and really enjoy the place.!!! Thank you so much!!!

Cute older hotel that has been remodeled nicely-granite countertops, new beautiful flooring - laminate? Very clean. Smelled nice. On the beach. Cute swing on the beach and chairs/beach toys free to borrow. Quiet but also in the middle of nowhere - it’s at least 1/2 mile away to a restaurant, gas station, vending machine, etc. We came in around 3:00am and had nothing to drink or anywhere to get anything! The toilet wouldn’t flush and ran all night lThe room was hot and had an AC unit on the wall and a remote with it and no instructions on how to use it! Difficult to figure out what ř mode it was aid
