"We've been only for one night here but been surprised been the friendliness right at the check in which continued thru the whole stay. We arrived after the evening buffet was closed but the service personal served us toast and beer. Great breakfast. Somehow private beach (sand). Nice pool area and we had a big nice room. "Nice hotel, on the sea front. There is a nice swimming pool with salt water. The room we stayed was a grand suite on the top floor. The view from the room balcony is perfect deep blue and relaxing. The room is spacious but bit outdated. The bathroom is nice with a big bathtub. Overall a positive experience."

"hey went above and beyond- I asked for an airport pickup but they are 4 hours from Heraklion- so they offered to pick me up from bus station at Sitia instead. Little did I know that tthey were an hour return away from the bus station- and their bus broke down. Rather than have me wait they had a taxi greet me at the bus station to take me back- which would’ve cost them an absolute fortune. And they charged me nothing.
