"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

"Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"Neu eröffnetes Hotel, das teilweise noch eine Baustelle ist. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, es war extrem staubig und die Dusche sowie die Spiegel und der Balkon wurden gar nicht gesäubert. Die Auswahl der Speisen war leider sehr gering, meistens war das Essen maximal lauwarm oder bereits kalt. Viele Getränke kosten trotz All In extra, Cola etc. leider aus der Zapfanlage mit Sirup. Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Mietauto zwingend notwendig,...

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

"3 night stay. Sensational sea views from most rooms. End of season so not busy and plenty of space around public areas. Half board meals with limited but staisfactory choice and well prepared from local, seasonal ingredients. Everything works but limited solar hot water if you wait until late evening."
