"Clean n tidy"

"Checking in wasn’t so good to be fair. We arrived at the car park to be asked by the person answering the intercom had we checked in online. I did receive an email a few days previous, however when I tried to check in on line I was told that the time had run out for me to check in. I was getting a little concerned as I had arranged for parking and the hotel last year. We eventually got checked in and our car was safely parked.
