"The hotel is out of the old town but it is walkable or you can use a tram to go. The breakfast is absolutely amazing everything even a hot soup is for you to start a long day. The main railway station is in 20 min walk or 2 tram stops, very convenient to go to the other towns like Kutná Hora or Karlovy Vary. Mini markets and restaurants are a few steps from the hotel door. "Very clean and new. Close to transit with a direct tram to the “touristy areas” (10-15 minute ride) is only about 200m away from the hotel. Neighbourhood appears safe. We saw people walking alone well after dark. Reasonably priced. Staff very friendly but do not work after 21:00 so you have a key fob to open the front door. Suites are cleaned every 3 days (which I actually prefer). Just one very small soap and shampoo provided (enough for 1-2 showers) so you may want to bring your own. ...

"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "
