The staff are very friendly. Transport is easily accessible. Breakfast was good. It is good for a couple nights. There isn't any entertainment. I would recommend.

About as good as it gets. Nice big room very spacious air conditioning worked well, shower was fantastic, efficient check-in, restaurant looked good but we never made it there in time we had breakfast three times there and best meals we had in Prague. We never got into any fine dining because of our short stay and the fast food at McDonald's was total crap. I would recommend this hotel to anybody as it's in a beautiful location out of the craziness of staying in the city and basically a flawless day.

The hotel does not secure a parking for you, when we arrived it was full and we had to park on the street. The options for breakfast were good but if you arrive 30 min before the end of the breakfast you have only the leftovers as they do not bring more food even if one dish is finished.

La doccia non funzionava bene. Mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata riparata il giorno seguente per diversi giorni, ma non è mai stata riparata. Il letto aveva insetti all’ interno del materasso e mi sono svegliato tutti i giorni con delle punture. Non ci sono servizi da hotel 4 stelle

No es recomendable.
No es honesto atribuir cuatro Estrellas al hotel. Sería un hotel tres Estrellas a regular si estuviese en mejores condiciones de mantenimiento. La ubicación no es buena para hacer turismo en Praga por lo que debe ser un hotel para público local. Llegamos tarde de noche así que optamos por cambiar de hotel al día siguiente por un precio algo superior, pero muy diferente en cuanto a calidad y servicio. No lo recomiendo si la idea es tener una visita turística a Praga, existen mejores alternativas por calidad y ubicación y la tarifa ciertamente está fuera de rango para su categoría.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, daß man die 2 Fenster in unserem Zimmer nicht öffnen konnte. Da sich die 2. Etage im Dachausbau befindet u. es Schrägfenster hat . Dort kommt man nur mit einer Leiter an, um die Fenster zu öffnen. In einem 4* Hotel....das geht gar nicht !! Da sollte sich die Hotelleitung dringend Gedanken machen. Auch die Säuberung des Teppichbelages im Zimmer war nicht korrekt,es lagen noch Reste in den Ecken von vorherigen Hotelgästen.

Postiv : zur Tram ca 10 minuten gute verbindung Zimmer war gross und in 2 Räumen geteilt ( Familienzimmer Negativ : Zimmer dreckig es lagen noch chips krümel auf dem Fussboden . Nachts dröhnte die Lüftung. Erholsamer Schlaf war das nicht. Frühstück war ok aber keine 4 Sterne .
