"Our stay was absolutely spectacular! Mike, the staff member who helped us, was incredibly helpful and the most accommodating host ever. As a young family, we were thrilled with Room 1 which was super spacious, with luxurious mattresses that were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, being very central, near bus stops, and just a short walk from the beach, shops and places of interest like the Pavilion, etc. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back!"

The rooms themselves were medium sized and had a shared balcony area above the first floor, and as I have been to Eastbourne countless times at many hotels I would put this definitely in the upper ranks compared to all others. The hotel is in an old building so it will be hard to updated all of it. All the staff we met were very friendly. It is not easy to park around this hotel."

"Clean room, welcoming staff, sunny terrace overlooking the pier and sea. The cabaret in the foyer area went on until late, so it was noisy at night (even on the second floor) and although the hotel thoughtfully provides foam earplugs, I’d suggest you bring your own wax ones for extra silence!"
