"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Decent double room with private bathroom and AC. Basic breakfast included. Our room was located directly next to gate and parking lot, so some disturbance by late arriving cars / scooters. The staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes there seemed to be some communication difficulties. Condition OK, but not great. Area not that amazing, we found the beach at Gili Trawanga better and cleaner."

"We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. "

"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). "Quiet hotel with excellent rooms. Separate bath and shower as well as double sink."

"nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"The room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and modern. The pool is beautiful. The staff have a decent restaurant in the lobby. Wifi is great."

"Very reasonably priced and good value for price. Laundry service was also very good and inexpensive. Breakfast was very good. Central location made it walkable to several restaurants. No air conditioning and street noise was quite loud were the downsides. "

"There were ants on my bed. The staff changed the bed sheets, but there were still ants. The room was really dirty. Someone had smoked and left ashes on the side of the window. The building is very badly maintained. There was mold everywhere. I put my suitcase against the wall and it became white. The window didnt have a safety bolt. When i asked for a refund they refused. Overall i wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay there."
