"The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area."

Dit omdat het hotel 19 procent BTW berekende en ook omdat men onvermurwbaar was. Bij wie de fout ligt, bij het hotel zelf of bij hotel.com, kan ik niet beoordelen, maar ik was niet blij met de rekening en voelde me bedrogen en voor het blok gezet."

Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

Sin embargo, el personal rápidamente resolvió la situación. Se sugiere poner frutas para el desayuno y mermelada."
