"This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. "This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. The hotel liaising shows very nice, well decorated and updated rooms. We did feel that our room and bathroom were very dated and plain looking in comparison. Part of the ceiling in our bathroom if was flaking off. Wished it could have been closer to what we anticipated! "
