"The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent. Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!! "

"It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out."
