"Great location, clean, great food and bar. Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use. Minor complaint and would still highly recommend. "

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

"The apartment overall was nice and clean enough, however the service we received from the group managing the hotel was appalling. They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame. "Third time we stay at Peretol and as ever we felt really at home. Great location with ski in ski out option which takes you easy to Grau Roig or Soldeo area. or short drive with free parking at those areas. The staff as always makes your stay! they are fabulous, even though it was a different and just new team as we are in the beginning of the season. "Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. Nice candle as a Christmas present - shame we didn't get the chocolates like our friends did!"

Great ski location & lovely feel

"Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental with bacon, sausages etc with fresh eggs cooked for you by a chef as you want them, good coffee and drinks selection. Dinner was again lovely, basic but filling and wholesome food that was different everyday so great to see and also fresh meats and fish cooked to how you like it from a chef on a hot plate so very impressed for the ££. Location wise it’s a very short (2-3 min) walk in ski boots and your on piste with boot room etc on the same floor as street level, so good to see. All in all great clean and friendly hotel! "

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "

Nice place but poor food

"The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent. Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!! "
