"Had a good pre Christmas stay . The hotel is a bit cold so you may need a few layers to keep warm , the weather was really bad this weekend so that didn’t help. Our bedroom no 15 was lovely and hot. Food was just ok with only 4 options for evening meal that stayed the same 2 nights on the run. Bar prices aren’t bad. Wonderful staff and parking at £6 a night. Steep stairs at the side or a ramp at the front. Really steep staircase at the back leading from the car park. "

"We booked this hotel as it is in a central location to easily access Eryri National Park. The hotel was modern, clean with a great restaurant. The restaurant has a lot of choice for different tastes. There is no need to eat dinner elsewhere. The staff are all very friendly and polite. We booked a deluxe room, which was comfortable. However, the King bed was too firm. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. We would definitely return back to this hotel. "

"This hotel is in a fantastic area for view's and bars and restaurants The hotel itself is a bit worn but rooms were clean and the entertainment in the evening was good we had a buffet breakfast which was 12.00 ea h but worth it and the breakfast dining room was spectacular Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in llandudno "

"A great hotel with an excellent breakfast, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains/nature in the area. The bar and restaurant below are great as well especially in winter. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked. Great staff too, would definitely book this hotel again next time we visit the area. "
