"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. "Charming B & B. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order. On street parking could be hit and miss depending on when you returned to the B & B. However, once it got past 5pm, there were plenty of spaces available. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Had a spot of bother accessing the key safe but eventually ok. Flat was very nice. Nice bright decor. Very well equipped. Nice touches like various teas, coffee and biscuits. Lovely fluffy towels. The beds were a little soft but comfortable. The one toilet was almost impossible to flush. There was a note on it saying press firmly and a man would do it easily but being two mature ladies we couldn't. Advised the hosts and I've had an email to say it's been fixed since we left.
