The air-conditioning unit could use a real clean and the room was lovely and quiet until heaps of motorbikes met nearby at MCA for a ride on Saturday morning at about 9am. "We stayed two nights and checked in late (22:30) via the lockbox on a Friday night, we had trouble getting our key but the person on call answered my WhatsApp text almost immediately and we got in. We had problems with our room the first night, so the next morning when reception opened we asked if there was any chance of changing rooms. The staff were very gracious and accommodating, we received a new room within 30 mins and were able to hand back our old room key after we settled into the new...

"A warm welcome from the staff with a great location. The room had a ceiling fan but no air-con, and the private toilet was adjacent to the shared bathroom which could be overheard quite easily. The carpets were old and stained, but overall the room felt clean and comfortable. We would stay again."
