"My sister and I needed a reasonable priced place to stay while caring for our brother who just had cancer surgery. Felt overwhelmed, forgot when we were leaving for home and found that we needed to stay one more night and they were very accommodating. Not a problem! Very helpful and nice. We didn’t have to worry. "We enjoyed 2 days at this lovely, vintage, lodge. If you like history, antiques, and God's beautiful creation, LOOK no more - THIS is where you want to be. There are 2 very lovely porches to enjoy your book or simply listen to the Au Sable & birds and a few steps down to the river for fishing. Great dining opportunities are close or up to 20 minutes away. We plan to stay here again!!"

"Our family enjoyed a fun-filled week at ‘Eagle’s Nest’! The sandy beach and shallow lake edge were perfect for grandchildren (1-3 years old). Cottage has a lovely and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a stunning view. We recommend renting a pontoon for many enjoyable hours on the lake. Many thanks to our host Jodi!
