Solid accommodations for the price. Beds are a bit firm and breakfast is disappointing but really for what they charge, hard to ask for much more. I would stay here again
They should remove the continental breakfast that they claim they have oatmeal a bagel and a pastry is not a continental breakfast it's junk and they should think you're up here in the woods where else you going to go eat just stupid

Disliked: Staff & service
Pretty run down & dated property. Staff (one person) seemed irritated to be there. There was supposed to be continental Bfast but we didn’t see anything or anyone so we just left. Parking lot was empty (other than one car) so I suspect we were the only ones there.
Guy at the front desk was rude, he closed the pool more than 10 minutes early and he knew we were coming down for a quick swim. When i told him that we wanted a quick dip in the pool, he gave me a disgusting look and said the pools closed. This is not the room i paid for, all the furniture is beat up and broke. The bed has stains all over it. I will never come back here again. False advertisement at the Ausable Valley Inn
The room was spotlessly clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well kept. The bed was soft and comfy. The surrounding area was so laid back and peaceful. It was located very close to a beautiful canoe launch. Over all 5 stars and I dont say that often.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Continental breakfast was less than mediocre. The pool is posted "no children under 4", like seriously?!?! If you wanna watch TV, you better have a Netflix, YouTube TV, or Disney membership (luckily we did); however, the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and staff was readily available.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were flat and there was not enough towels and washcloths in the bathroom for two people. Limited dining in the hotel and area. The clerk referred us to a restaurant that was out of business for some time.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We recieved a room that had not been cleaned and the Roku TV did not work. We were given a second room that they knew the TV worked and they knew had been cleaned.
Not the worst place I have stayed, it was okay but found garbage in room still from previous people (dirt sock and tank top/trash) and just seemed run down/outdated for a king suite with jet tub. Remotes for both tv were missing/ staff did bring one for the rv in bed room right up.
They offered a breakfest but it was just bagels and muffins, better than nothing. Wasn’t real impressed overall, would not be a place I spend that much to stay again

Unsafe room locks just an ordinary house lock. No soap in room. No coffee pot in room. Very small tv with streaming only.
We came in late at night and the bathroom toilet was leaking obviously from before because there was already a towel behind the toilet as welll. But i had to pee so i hurried in and went in the bathroom and fell and slipped on my back and bottom and told the owner who didnt offer me anything like ice or an extra ice bucket because ours was now containing their toilet leak. Insane. And the breakfast. If you like bagels your all set. The beds are awful and is not friendly at all.
