The general areas such as lobby need updating. Carpet on stairs was in need of a good cleaning The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. "

"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."
