"I liked the breakfast. I wanted to check out the buffet for dinner before paying for it but wasn't allowed to, so i didnt have dinner there. It would've been nice if they did let me check. My room was spacious but they gave me the one with no view (just looking at dirty solar panels from balcony ) All the others around mine had a view, so was a bit gutted there. I was only there for 2 nights so didnt mind it too much, but a view of the pool etc would've been good."

"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. "Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location...

"Overall, the Sol Arena Tenerife is a good hotel for its location, staff service, and breakfast. Though, I would like to point out that it was a tad costly for some of the amenities that room was lacking, such as an air conditing system and even a refrigerator. If the price point per day was a bit lower than what I paid for, I would have given it a 5/5. "

"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "
