"We took a water taxi from the airport and our stop was conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area with restaurants located nearby. San Marco and the Rialto Bridge are about 20 minute walk at a leisurely pace. We loved staying away from the crowds. Everyone on the staff was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good."

"The room was extremely small....smaller than I had thought. Very hard to find if you are not familiar with the property. They did not know the day of my departure that there was a water taxi strike. I walked to the stop and waited an hour before someone told me about the strike. I had to walk to the train station with 3 bags of luggage. I would have taken a private taxi if I had been told."
