"Very good and quiet location close to everything- even the Edinburgh Waverley station is a few minutes walk! We were even allowed early check in. Only comment is there are is no fan in the bathroom and no lotion provided, quality of toiletry provided is however very good. Overall very pleasant experience."

The staff gave me a different room straight away, without question, which was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. I wasn't in any way made to feel like I was being awkward.
