"Pros: Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach and snorkeling at Black Rock. The staff we interacted with was fantastic. The valet named Buddy was an awesome info provider for all kinds of things. Cons: the breakfast “buffet” was a scam. We paid $30 per person for what is called a “Continental Breakfast” and is free in most hotels in the US (rubbery scrambled eggs, warm commercially packaged potatoes, paper thin bacon, a couple of fruit choices, packaged cereal, and yogurt). "We had an excellent time staying three nights at the Aston! We ate at the restaurant and it was great. The amenities are great and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We used the concierge for booking a luau and it was fantastic. Five stars all around! "

"The Exterior property was A little dated. But the interior rooms were Updated and very clean. The garden area with plants and adorable little cats running around, making sure there were no “pests” around was beautifully manicured. We had a wonderful time. Would visit and stay there again."

"While it may not be for folks wanting a luxury stay it was perfect for us. Feels like old school Hawaii. The beach is steps away and lovely and safe. Very quiet and private and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very nice coffee shop on the premises. The room was very clean and there was very good communication with the hotel for late check in. We hope to be back😃"

"I liked the different pools, nice beach access, and activities they had every day. The rooms were clean and everything too needed like an electric tea kettle, silverware, and cutting boards. However, I think the rooms were a little dated and could use some upgrades."
