"We arrived early in the morning. The guy at front desk ( sorry did not get your name) was awesome, he helped me about extending another night. He showed us where we can leave our luggages. The breakfast was buffet and really good. They have Phò in breakfast huffet. Will definitely come back. "

"The first thing I must say is that DUA and SELINA are a credit to this hotel. These ladies are warm and welcoming asset to this stay. So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. A few minutes walk and DUA can assist with tickets "

"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"Really helpful we checked in really early tired from the train and were helped with every request by all staff. We looked at other hotels when we stayed in Lau Cai and were glad we stayed here. Lau Cai is a fascinating place with the Chinese Border and the Red River. a couple of days is a good rest here. I had to change plans often and The Lady Manager helped me with Facebook messages in English changing dates and arranging a cheap transfer to Sapa."

"From the moment we arrived, the Praha team was so kind. We had been on the night train, so we were very early to check in. They allowed us to sleep in the spa for a couple hours and then our rooms were ready! When we checked out, they kept our bags for us all day and when we returned to fetch them, they sent us off with goodie bags with water, fruit and yogurt! Such good, genuine people- made the stay so nice."
