We've stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam during our travels and the staff here were by far the friendliest, especially Selena who was really helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in the centre, perfect location and has a cafe right next to reception. It felt really cozy staying there over Christmas.
