"Really helpful we checked in really early tired from the train and were helped with every request by all staff. We looked at other hotels when we stayed in Lau Cai and were glad we stayed here. Lau Cai is a fascinating place with the Chinese Border and the Red River. a couple of days is a good rest here. I had to change plans often and The Lady Manager helped me with Facebook messages in English changing dates and arranging a cheap transfer to Sapa."

The husband is accepting tour for a fee which is so convenient for us. We hope to return maybe next year and stay in the same property. "

"My family of three stayed here on August 2024. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency.
