"The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, including items cooked to order. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant so we could eat in whenever we chose to. We would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. It was a real find in Sapa. "

"Amazing stay at KK’s, our room on the 13th floor had the best views and comfortable beds ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Sarah at the front desk was most helpful, helping us to book activities and following up with us every morning. It’s only a few minutes walk from the center, so it’s been great to be a little further than all the action while still close to it. We really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. The only downside was the never ending construction next door, which is obviously beyond’s the hotel’s control. "

If the owner invest in a coffee machine will be so much better for breakfast as we all want a good cup coffee before starting the day. Xuan ( Selena), front desk staff is excellent service. Our first time in Sapa, Xuan was helpful and resourceful. Would come again! "
