"Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds. "The room was really well maintained and pretty clean on the whole, unfortunately there was a smell of drains that came from our bathroom the whole time. The staff were great about trying to fix it but it didn’t really solve the issue. We also would have really liked some sort of locker or safe as we were in a private room and there wasn’t anywhere secure to store our valuables. "Everything was pretty amazing. Chris & Laura were very nice! Just sitting on bed/ mattress it made a lot of noise and Netflix lost internet connection every single night. We were able to connect our laptop so that helped. Over All everything was amazing & I will definitely recommend. "
