"Overnight stay between flights, very accommodating front desk staff, we arrived after 3 AM and there was no problem getting late check out for our afternoon flight that day, the room was spacious and very quiet, black out curtains worked well for the late wake up we needed. Shortcoming- no good coffee in room, had to go downstairs to purchase coffee in the morning."

"This is a great place to stay near the EZE airport, with free airport shuttle. The staff are so kind and helpful. There are dining options in hotel and very close by (walkable). The staff helped me with getting rides to center city each day. The hotel is like a little retreat--lots of palm trees, nature, and very quiet and peaceful. Complimentary full breakfast is made-to-order and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a very clean, basic room with basic amenities. It had a tv, very comfortable bed with good pillows and the room was air conditioned. Places to eat are within a short, safe walk. A small breakfast is provided with excellent coffee. Located very close to the airport (EZE) in Buenos Aires....maybe a 10 minute drive. Pick up and drop off at the airport is available at no charge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating....espescially Jamaiia! She was the perfect host and I enjoyed...

"The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told...
